I will throw stones because I know to how read in my native English language. Millions of Mexicans/Central Americans can only speak Spanish, but they would not be able to read a book or magazine in their native Spanish language if their lives depended on it.

Post a trigger-happy guard with a big gun about every 100 yards across the whole border - give them permssion to shoot on site. It would create 15,000 jobs, and would be cheaper than the real fence.

PS, I guarantee they would never have to fire a single shot.

Heres a thought. How about fining companies no matter the size, for hiring them.Take away the jobs, take away the incentive for coming over the border.

This is the very definition of irony.

While you may not approve of the grammar in his post, you have got to give him credit- at least he is in the right country. Which is more than can be said for the illegal aliens.

Next they will refuse to leave and demand that 19 members of their immediate family be brought over to help them recover from the 'accident'. They will ask Ty Pennington from Extreme Home Makeover to build a new house for all of them. If he refuses, they will call La Raza and MALDEF and sue him for racism and discrimination. And this is before the 'World Court' weighs in or France starts telling us what they think. Worst of all, we will be treated to the horrifying spectacle of the 'leaf nosed bat'-faced head of NCLR, Janet Murguia, hectoring Lou Dobbs and wagging her finger at him because we have mines on the border. All said mines are a bad idea.
How about a minimum of double layered anti personell fencing, triple in heavily populated areas, with a 2 lane highway between layers the full length of the border. Then, although we don't actually install mines, we spread the rumor throughout Meheko that we have installed mines all along the border. Sensors detect someone trying to break in and set off a mine explosion sound. False reports of body parts found by the BP. False body count reports. Etc. The US gov, of course, denies adamantly that there are no mines along the border, just like it denies everything else. Create real doubt in the minds of potential illegal Mexican border jumpers.

Now there's an idea I like! Inexpensive to implement with a chance of real results.

We shouldn't build any border walls because we need to be more tolerant of other cultures.
