Maybe the rancher can sue the government of Mexico for allowing thier citizens to violate our border.

If they can get away with crap like this, maybe it's time the legal citizens of America file a suit against the invaders for everything they have leeched from us. Too bad no lawyer or judge would ever consider upholding something like that.

There actually WAS a half-hearted attempt some years ago (early 90's as I recall) among the State of California and several county governments to "bill" the Mexican Government for 'room and board' for the upkeep of its many citizens incarcerated here in the state.

Needless to say, this didn't get very far...but it would have been a VERY big bill.....

Diogenes in search of an honest man.

Lawyers consider themselves hired guns, and the money on the side of illegal aliens has deep pockets, corporations, organized crime, tax dollars, and foreign governments, for example. To do the right thing is like going up against Wal-Mart. Out-gunned, professional name smeared, death threats, and since there's no money in it to begin with, you can see the rationale of lawyers not having an interest for the citizen. Lawyers are not only dishonest, they're cowards.

Most politicians are lawyers, nothing more than prostitutes of treason and treachery. So follow the money.

That's nothing! There was a case a couple of years ago where illegals teamed up with an American lawyer and they won the case AND THE RANCH from the owner. I hope wolves kill them and hawks pluck their eyes out.

And that rancher had to do time in a prison in Texas. Arizona sent him to Texas so he would have no way of getting to Arizona for the court stuff about his ranch and he lost, of course.

Hmm, blame the "perfect rule of law" system that you guys supposedly stand for that let this case get even this far. Anyone can file a lawsuit but it's up to the judges to allow it to go forward or dismiss it.

Once again, the anger is misplaced.

Blacknight is right guys. The anger is misplaced. You should be angry at the judge for allowing the case, not at than those who came into this country in blatant disregard for sovereign U.S. law and who then got their panties in a wad when the property owner, whose land they used to illegally come into this country, objected to their trespassing and turned them over to Border Patrol at gunpoint.

You know we've been told time and time again--I'm not sure why we haven't really gotten it yet, but there is a rationalization for Blacknight's stance.

Illegal aliens have the mindset and the innocence of children. They are not responsible for their actions. Why, we all know that if the nasty, exploititive employers of the U.S. weren't dangling cash and prizes in front of the poor little illegals, inducing them to leave their glorious homeland for a life of indentured servitude in America, this would have never happened.

Remember, illegal aliens are unable to differentiate between right and wrong and therefore, are not culpable for their actions. They are not responsible for any "accidental" incidental criminal activity. It's all the fault of the U.S. government........

maybe ICE should stake out his ranch and sve him the trouble of having him call them up to come pick up the illegals.
