Perhaps someone can explain why this sicko is not being deported. How many similar cases exist in this country? I wonder if his status also precludes registering as a sex offender.

Quote:
A high-risk, 18-year-old sex offender in North Carolina may soon be a free man because he is an illegal immigrant and the state has determined it cannot pay to put him in a treatment facility.

The Guatemalan man, identified only as "D.G," was convicted of raping his 5-year-old handicapped cousin when he was 15. Despite recommendations by criminal psychologists that he be sent to a sex-offender treatment program, he wound up in a youth detention center instead.

But D.G. can stay in the center only until his 19th birthday and with that day approaching, what happens next is anyone's guess.

See how an illegal alien is draining that much money, when he shouldn't be here in the first place...they are being way lenient on this criminal.

NC is a lost cause...it's turned so liberal, it's not the south anymore.

Deport him back to his home country.

Put him in prison and let all the other inmates know what he did. Nature will take its course and we all win!

If they are stupid enough to let this idiot go free, then they might as well open up the jails and let all other criminals loose. Might as well make it fair for everyone.

RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

Why don't they "release" him over the border? Good grief, it's not rocket science (or maybe it is)

Cases like this are common in this current Country. The obama administration has no clue what it is doing regarding the destruction of this Country as they listen to special interest groups, unions and corporations, nor do they care. I would love for our government to live on the border for one week with a resident who has to deal with the reality of this every minute of every day. Maybe the WH should house these criminals not being sent from and kept far from this Country. Then obama could have a big dinner in their honor.
