STUART A trial alleging claims of false imprisonment against Martin Memorial Medical Center over the deportation in 2003 of a brain-damaged Guatemala native likely will begin in September, an attorney in the case confirmed.

During a brief hearing Thursday, Martin Circuit Judge Elizabeth Metzger ordered the parties back in court May 15 in order to tentatively schedule the trial for the week of Sept. 14.

oh man thats such a garbage lawsuit!

if they kicked him out of the hospital they would be charged with neglect or abandonment or some other trumped up charge.

i think this more than anything turns people against illegals.

you biting the hand that fed you for 2 years.

thats not that way to go about things.

garbage case, hope it gets thrown out. but who knows...
