I believe all illegal aliens should be deported, despite country of origin. However, I do find it interesting that in excess of 30,000 Haitians can be scheduled for deportation at one fell swoop, while Mexicans can only be deported 100 or less at any given time, notwithstanding their ‘majority’ status among illegal aliens. Oh, that’s right. . . Haitians don’t have La Raza, the ACLU, Chamber of Commerce, et al. fighting for them.

Haitian-Americans here and across the nation are outraged over a federal judge's decision to deport more than 30,000 undocumented Haitians, and have vowed to fight the order.
"I don't think it's fair for a country like Haiti, that is in the backyard of the United States, to (be treated) like this," he said, adding that Haiti was unable to accept the deportees because the country was devastated by several hurricanes last year.
Millions of undocumented immigrants from other countries who live in America were not targeted by deportation efforts, he said, adding that the United States' policy toward certain nations was inherently unfair.
Haiti has living conditions that make Mexico look like Switzerland by comparison..(I've been there). Now THOSE are REAL poor people....not too many Haitians, I suspect, show up here to hang drywall or mow lawns. Haitians mainly show up here to be able to EAT regularly.

Pitiful situation; you have to sympathize...
I don't know....can we take in those who are starving, and be assured that others won't try to take advantage, just because they want a pay raise? I'd be willing to take in 'starving' people on a humanitarian basis...but I'd want some assurances. What about you?
Would these hatians benefit from the CIR policy that LaRaza, chamber of commerce etc is fighting for?
You can put back that race card.
The reality of the situation is that LaRaza, Lulac, the COC, et al primarily speak for and lobby on behalf of illegal alien: mexicans, mexico and mexican interest. Whether hatians benefit from the demands of the aforementioned is not the point.

La Raza, Chamber of Commerce, and the other illegal alien profiteers, are ONLY concerned with their most prized possession. . . . Mexican illegal aliens. After all, they are the bread and butter of the illegal alien ‘slave’ trade.
