The solution is obvious; only impound the vehicles of legal citizens without drivers licenses. This would keep the city from being sued for liable.

Why is it ok to impound vehicles belonging to legal residents, but it’s somehow ‘unconstitutional’ when an illegal alien has a car impounded? Should we simply have a free-for-all, and allow anyone to operate a vehicle? Why have ANY laws, if a select group can violate them with impunity? I guess next they’ll complain if they receive a ticket for parking in a handicap space without the required placard.

They have become so accustomed to thumbing their noses at ALL of our laws, that they actually believe none of them are applicable to them. When will this idiotic IA pandering end?
The only discrimination is aganist people without a license and insurance. What a bunch of idiots. Thank god I am as far away form them as I can be.

“They are really scared because they feel their cars might be taken away when they are picking up their kids from school or coming home from work,” Pulido said. “And there’s no way they can get a license. So what should they do? Give up driving?” Calls for comment to the Berkeley Police Department were not returned Friday.

How about they give up their illegal presense here and return home?
