- US society is to blame for not providing for him
- It was an 'accident'
- His social status made him do it
- He has a mental disorder
- It's part of his culture
- He didn't understand US culture

Brilliant! Don't worry, I'm pretty certain that evidence will turn out proving that he was only charged due to the fact that he is hispanic.

Tough one to call. Chandra Levy was a woman so NOW could rally to see that justice is served. She was Jewish so it may be a hate crime... She had a degree in journalism so it could be a crime against free speech...
