It may help... but most drive without ever getting a drivers license, that's
how it is here anyway. many mexican illegals will have only 1 family member
that is able to get a drivers license. They then will buy a vehicle, get it tagged
and only insure it for the first month.. then they hand it off to another who is
not legal in any form. Then they do it for another mexican illegal and so-on.
They catch on average.. anywhere from 20 to 50 a day in the state of Indiana
driving without a license, and no insurance. Most newspapers are available on-line.
You can read a ton of news, from all over the country that usually does not make
it's way to national news on tv. There are websites that list hundreds of newspapers
that can be read on-line. great way to find out what's really going on in other parts
of our country.

What we see in S cal is they try to find cheap cars just registered so they have a while to drive it before it expires. Once expired it usually gets found in Mexico.

Oh and we have a lot of cars that have just the tags stolen.
