For just once try to be honest and say it. Illegals are criminals, they need to be treated like criminals.
A compromise to me would be self deport and we let you keep your assets. make us deport you and we take everything to cover the cost.
Leather the pro-illegals don't see it this way. They feel as a wealthy and modern nation that we should man up and help these people who have it hard.
As a Libertarian I see it differently. I think anyone and everyone is and should be held accountable for their actions. Illegals made a choice to violate our laws. They should be at the very least held accountable for it.
That means accept deportation for their crimes.

No compromise, No way! We are being
suckered, then made to feel guilty because
we refuse to be played again. When I go out
and see illegals and their families eating out
and at the same time realizing that there are
many American citizens/residents who
don't have a place to live, everything becomes clearer.
If there is a line on this issue with the America people, it
has been crossed, far and beyond. They won't get their
amnesty.

Agreed. No US citizen should ever be put behind an illegal in regards to employment, housing, education, healthcare, etc. Let there be NO COMPROMISE, considering that the laws are in place for a reason! Our national economy has no room for more (or any) illegals, since even our own citizens can't be taken care of at this time.
