Obama was expected to appoint Thomas Saenz as his top civil-rights cop at the Justice Department, where he would have had power to investigate issues related to illegal immigration, such as voting rights, redistricting, worker documentation and police conduct.
But then, at the last minute, the president deselected him in the face of vocal opposition to Saenz's extremist work for an illegal alien group, whose co-founder has made racist remarks against whites.
The New York Times, for one, complains that we did its man in with our March 5 editorial, "Who's Thomas Saenz?" "An editorial in Investor's Business Daily slimed Mr. Saenz," who's spent his career standing up for the "rights" of illegal immigrants, its editorial board said.
If we slimed Saenz, we did so with solid facts clearly inconvenient to the Times' amnesty-for-illegals agenda.

Sounds like it's time to send another letter of gratitude.

And what “rights” might that be?

The only "rights" an illegal shall recieve are the right to return to their homeland and the right to a warm cell and three meals a day if they don't. It's nice to see that the media actually got some dirt on one of these clowns before he could be placed into a federal government position, but shouldn't the administration already have known about this???

Agreed. Also, I’m surprised they actually said illegal immigrants, as opposed to their favorite euphemism – “immigrants.”

Or my favorite "undocumented immigrants". As if these people have no record of birth and didn't exist before they illegally invaded America.

I really feel the tide is turning against those insolent illegal alien criminals-----------and, their enablers.

Too; I am noticing that the language to describe same is becoming less and less 'politically correct'

Long overdue, but better late than never.

Perhaps other terminology such as "enemy combatant", "unwanted visitor", or "tax leaching, identity theiving criminal" could be put to use.
