Default Migrants Fear New Law

Too bad they’ll only leave the state, and not the country.

Quote:
Aggressive immigration reform is slated to take effect in Utah on July 1 and Latino immigrants in Summit County who fear they'll lose their jobs or be profiled by police have considered leaving the state, according to Latino advocates.

Senate Bill 81, which Gov. Jon Huntsman signed into law last year, will require local deputies and police officers arrest people for being in the United States illegally.SB 81 will deal more harshly with illegal immigrants who commit crimes like driving under the influence of alcohol, according to the flier.

Spanish-speaking churchgoers in Summit County were read information on Sunday prepared in Spanish by the Utah Republican Hispanic Assembly about SB 81.

Anti-illegal immigrant sentiment is strong in Utah today.....

Oh boohoo, Illegal Immigrants driving drunk will now be singled out as a flight risk because they might not show up for a court hearing? Is Utah starting to figure it out? WOW

The bad news is that they will just flood Texas and CA and further the slide of work for Americans. Why does Chicago have so many Illegals? It looks like an Island there are so many in one spot.
