Give it time. It will be challenged.

I used to get so excited about ANY anti-illegal legislation that passed. But in 90% of the cases, some bleeding heart liberal lawyer, and/or the ACLU would challenge the legislation and it would ultimately be deemed unconstitutional and overturned. Maybe this time it won't happen, but it almost always does. So I don't allow myself to get that excited anymore.

All the more reason to enforce the border since it appears the rules are if you get her by foot or any other means it's a free ride once you cross the finish line at the border. It's like some bizarre game show with free social services as the prize.
