Default Letter from La Raza

Dear Advocates:

Thank you for joining us for the National Council of La Raza's (NCLR) first Latino Call to Action. We hope you will all remain engaged in efforts toward immigration reform this year. The call to action is urgent- our community needs your help. As we approach the end of the first 100 days of the Obama administration, we need you to participate in Reflection and Action: National Call-In for Immigration Reform, a nationwide effort through which advocates call their congressional members to pass comprehensive immigration reform in 2009.

As we heard from Cesar Gonzalez, Legislative Director for Congressman Lincoln Diaz-Balart (FL-21), Susan Collins, Legislative Director for Congressman Luis Gutierrez (IL-4), and Janet Murguía, President and CEO of NCLR, many positive signs show us that immigration is on the national agenda. Their inspiring words have called us to act for change!

National Council of La Raza: Programs

Change begins at the local level. To help achieve the reform that our country and our community need, host a Call-In Party. You will bring people together to reflect, by educating one another and sharing experiences, and to act, by calling elected officials in support of just and humane immigration reform.

Host a Call-In Party during our week of action (April 27-May 1, 2009) and call for immigration reform!

Go to National Council of La Raza: Programs to register your event and find more information!

You can make a difference!

Sincerely,

Sounds to me that NCLR and their lackeys are running scared.

Maybe a touch more fear will force a few million additional illegal aliens (Hispanic and otherwise) out of the USA----------------forever!
