When a certain ethnic citizen group is flying the flag of another country that they also hold citizenship in while protesting the laws of this nation in favor of those in this country illegally of that other nation, I think we know where their loyalties lay.
So thier "rights" as a citizens of this country should be denied?
And if they excercise their Constitutional rights of "Freedom of Speech", "Freedom of Assembly", and their right to call for "Redress Greivences" makes these citizens disloyal?
The Founding fathers and the architects of the Constitution were very clear about disloyalty. Call for, participating in, or aiding in the process of over throwing the Government of the US is Treason and those are disloyal. Desenting governmental proposals or laws is not treason.

"We must not confuse dissent with disloyalty. When the loyal opposition dies, I think the soul of America dies with it.”

The difference in this case is that these citizens are advocating for illegal foreigners in our country and call their fellow Americans racists and bigots for wanting our immigration laws upheld and enforced against them. That speaks treason to me.

Um EXCUSE ME!!!! If they are NOT USA Citizens, then The Constitution does not grant them those rights! They are here illegally, they do not have the right to say a thing!! If they hold dual citezinship, the US and another country, then they also forfiet their rights under The Constituion! The Constitution is written ONLY for CITIZENS of the USA !!! NO ONE ELSE!!! So to those that want to pretend they can say anything against our laws that are not US Citizens, they can G.F. themselves.

They may be mis-guided, un-informed, or down right wrong in their stance...but unless they are calling for the over-through of our government, they are excersinging their rights...whether we aprove of the message or not.
Treason is a serious crime, and convition is punishable by death...lets not trivialize the seriousness of this crime.

Laws were passed long ago, that military cannot engage in combat on our soil... Yes on our soil, our own military.
It is up to national guard and state militias. The problem is, once on the border and in that occupation of security, they come under the same laws our military does and they cannot bare arms legally at that point.
It is F'ed up.
Someone tried to explain it to me, and I just shook my head.
