Ya know this fits right into the "empathy" and "a judge who relates to the people". These are the times we live in. No longer are the courts level, fair, and blind. Now they are played so the "right" people win. No more "and justice for all" here. This will be another situation where some judge or group of bureaucrats can grant this man amnesty and with a glimmer in their eyes they can look at each other, nearly in tears, and say, "we did the right thing guys." And they will all live happily ever after. And it will set a precedent for other ILLEGALS to argue by. Makes me wanna vomit.
Yet another story of illegals asking for what they do not deserve. The irony and poetic justice is that by facilitating yet another illegal they have been caught. 15 years too late.
Deport them permanant ban on reentry.
