As a matter of opinion, I agree with the judge, how can the man be charged for driving without a license when he's unable to get one? And it's not due to poor driving performance.
A 12 y/o is also unable to receive a driverís license in this country. Itís called the law. The man is an illegal alien, and in most states his status disqualifies him from obtaining a driverís license. He canít simply ignore the law and drive; anymore than an underage child. Furthermore, driving under the influence is against the law in ALL states, even with a driverís license. If he wants to drive a car, he should leave this country and return through legal channels.

That’s not true. Anyone can post on this forum. After all, in addition to venting and exchanging information relative to illegal immigration, we are also here to debate. I welcome pro-illegals as long as they are not trolls simply here to inflame. We are all entitled to our opinion. I may not agree with pro-illegals, but I respect their right to express their opinion in a civil manner.

I know that post was inappropriate and I shouldn't have made it.

I was simply frustrated.

Simple: that illegal has no business being here in the USA to begin with.

If you or I attempted to get a DL in Mexico without legal residence----------I would bet the Federales would cuff/stuff us--------and, rightly so.
