I supported Obama and I'm really happy with the budget, my research group just got 40 Million dollars in research grants for the next couple of years. Great things are going to come up from that money. I have also seen many other research groups receive much needed funding and I have really high expectations from them. I don't know about the other areas in order to make a really informed decision, but if I can extrapolate from my experience, I am happy.

1AngryTaxPayer,

I sent you a personal mail with more info, but we collaborate with other research groups around the world to do computer models and simulations used to understand and plan new scientific experiments.
