In a November 2006 appearance on the "Hannity & Colmes (http://www.examiner.com/Subject-Hannity_%26_Colmes.html - broken link)" show, anti-illegal immigration activist John Monti (http://www.examiner.com/Subject-John_Monti.html - broken link) claimed the laborers attacked him, holding up their pictures while Fox displayed the phrase "Manhunt at the Border" at the bottom of the screen.

The seven men sued for defamation, claiming the broadcast made them seem like men wanted for a crime.

The appeals court found that the broadcast truthfully reported that the incident was under investigation and declared that the "Manhunt" caption was "an attention-grabbing and colorful way" of referring to Monti's personal search for the men.

Ha Ha! Now that they've wasted our tax money let's send them home where they should sue their governments for not providing for them.

No no, there are many people who thinks it's like winning a prize just for evading Border Patrol to get here. Cross the line, win a prize which is tax payer money in various forms.
