Second, you tossed around the term "White Supremacist" a few times in your post. Be careful. That's a very serious charge, and equating anti-illegal immigration sentiments to white supremacy is extremely off-base.

Yes, we are a nation founded by immigrants; however, we are also a nation that is running out of natural resources and is plagued with very serious economic deficits. We cannot realistically allow every person who wants to come to the U.S. that opportunity. At some point we have to hang the "No Vacancy" sign, or we will destroy this country.
Exactly! Great Job!

Also, do they think that we had all these social welfare services when the country started? People came here with NOTHING knowing they would have to survive on their own merit alone. Immigrants helped build this country, our new batch, all the illegals and some legal, however, are helping to tear it down.

They don't even protest the illegal Asians (White supremacists see Asians superior to hispanics)

The people complaining about illegal immigration are the same ones that complained (or would have) about Blacks getting rights.

Every time these anti-illegal immigration people complain about immigration it is always based on their race. Seriously, the same arguements used by the people against "illegal immigration" are used by the white supremacists. As an American we should be willing to accept anyone (that isn't a terrosist obviously) into America. We are a nation founded by immigrants for immigrants.

Now there are, very few, people who are against "illegal immigration" that actually make a good arguement but most just don't like the race of most immigrants.

P.S. This may come as a surprise but Spanish is a language from a white country, but if White supremacists knew that they wouldn't be complaining about hearing Spanish...
I do agree that a lot of racists don't like illegal immigration, but when it comes down to it... we have immigration laws. There's no point in having immigration laws if they aren't going to be enforced. Hell, why not let anyone who can drive/walk through a border checkpoint or buy a plane ticket move here permenantly and become a citizen.

I believe that nationality means something, that being an American means something.

P.S. The pro illegal immigration lobby crys about racism, but many immigrants from Latin American countries bring A LOT of racism/racial baggage with them as well. I've witnessed/experienced it firsthand far too often. Latin American countries today have far more racism than the US.

Yes, this is one of the little dirty secrets they try to hide. Racists calling others racist. . . what a joke.

Quote:
While many believe that Arab and Latin American societies have a better track record in regard to race than the United States, Dr. Carlos Moore, resident scholar at Brazil's Universidade do Estado da Bahia, contends that this impression is wrong. Moore, a black man raised in pre-Castro Cuba, believes that while these societies may look color blind on the surface, race actually dominates every aspect of social and political life. Moore is best known for his book Castro, the Blacks, and Africa (CAAS, 1989), and African Presence in the Americas, co-edited with Shawna Moore and Tanya R. Sanders (Africa World Press, 1996).

Quote:
It turns out that racism in Mexico, both against blacks and dark-skinned indigenous Indians, has a long history. Mexico's colonial past has left its mark on modern-day society. Prejudice toward "pureblood" Indians from those who are "mixed-blood" (Spanish and Indian) is rife. Almost uniformly, people who are darker-skinned and of Indian descent make up the peasantry and working classes, while lighter-skinned, Spanish-descent Mexicans are in the ruling elite. Fox himself comes from that background, as his appearance makes evident.

This inequality may explain in part why the majority of immigrants coming into the United States fall into the darker-skinned category. Beyond the failure of the Mexican government to sustain a decent economy, darker-skinned Mexicans have a difficult time getting work because of job discrimination. According to the Web site IndigenousPeople.net, "sixty percent of Indians over 12 years of age are already unemployed, and of those who work, most earn less than the minimum wage of about $2.50 a day." The same story notes that Mexico City's top restaurants don't allow patrons to bring along Indian domestic workers for fear of tarnishing their business image.

And; Benicar, you info is essentially correct.

All the more reason to turn back the invasion of those criminals from (mostly) SoB.

Since when did Mexican, become a race of people?
Mexican for the most part is a race.

Look at this pic of Mexican school children for example. I see ZERO racial diversity in this pic because all of the kids in it look like they belong to the same race.

I would not confuse a single Mexican in that pic for being White, Korean, or Chinese for example.

"White" and "Black" are ostensibly the names of races. "Korean" and "Chinese" are not. And while these children are pretty obviously not White or Black, they're certainly not obviously Mexican. They could be Americans, Guatemalans, Canadians, Nicaraguans, or just about any other 'New World' nationality whose territory includes indigenous American Indians.

"Mexican" is not a race....not even close...(unless you speak of 'the American race'....or the 'Canadian race'...or the 'Cuban race', etc etc..)

Vicente Fox does not have an Anglo WASP appearance.
