Hey Corinthians are you a Brasileiro ? I ask because Corinthians is the name of a football team in Sao Paulo. If you are than let me ask, are you here in the U.S legally or did you break the law to come here ? I know that Florida, California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York have it's fair share of illegal immigrants from Brazil.

Illegal parents are criminals by default.

Illegal entry/overstaying a visa are both crimes if you didn't know by now.

Children born to illegals are NOT citizens.

The 14th Amendment was never intended to grant birth citizenship to children born to illegals because illegals are not subject to our jurisdiction hence the reason for why children born to foreign diplomats on US soil cannot obtain US citizenship.


Amendment XIV, Section 1, Clause 1:

Minor aged children need to go with their parents. What terrible kind of parents would abandon children in a foreign country when they return to their homeland? That's absurd that they would do that.

The children of Mexican illegals are Mexican citizens. They receive their Mexican citizenship from their parents, and it doesn't matter where they are born.

Mexico does not bar these parents from bringing children home that were born outside Mexico. There is absolutely nothing stopping these parents from taking their children home with them except their own lack of values. They'd rather abandon their children than have to work and support them at home.
