Contrary to popular opinion,Mexico does have a growing, educated middle class. This group, hopefully, could be the salvation of Mexico. The wealthy oligarchies that control the wealth and politics of Mexico need to be broken up.The vast Indian and Mestizo underclasses are uneducated and can offer little leadership. All this leads to an interesting observation.Mexico has had two revolutions exactly one hundred years apart;1810 and 1910.Could the trend continue in 2010?Topple all the old political leaders.Execute all drug cartel members, major criminals, and all corrupt members of police units and corrupt members of the armed forces. When the fighting stops install a provisional concensus government from the middle class, and then start Mexico back on the path to stability and prosperity.
