Mubarik “Baco” Kahlon, the owner of Action Rags USA LLC, pleaded guilty days before he was to go to trial on charges of conspiracy and encouraging illegal immigrants to reside in the U.S. for financial gain. The charges stemmed from an immigration raid in June 2008 that found 166 of the company’s 192 workers were undocumented.

Two company managers also were sentenced Wednesday for conspiring to harbor illegal immigrants. Cirilia “Cici” Baron, 39, and Mayra Herrera-Gutierrez, 32, both were sentenced to 11 months in prison, time they served pending trial, according to court records. Baron and Herrera-Gutierrez are both undocumented and face possible deportation, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Probation? What a farce.

I'm somewhat satisfied anyway. At least the enabler faces some punishment and the illegals are likely facing deportation.

"are both undocumented and face possible deportation, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office."

Possible deportation ? That's the part that bothers me....Why "possible" I suppose they may have children who,by the misinterpretation of the 14th amendment would allow tthem to stay....

It is this type of "enforcement" that will perpetuate the problem.

It’s just another slap on the wrist for illegal alien peddlers. And people wonder why these unscrupulous employers aren’t afraid to ignore our laws. Just think. . . . if illegals are granted amnesty, the greedy criminal employers will also be forgiven. What a farce.

If they build the wall it will collapse in about 6 weeks.

Send them to Pheonix, let Sheriff Joe put them in "tent city". Then deport them.
