"Tell Congress: "It's time to fix the broken immigration system. Pass comprehensive immigration reform this year!" Our broken immigration system is hurting our economy, American families, and all American workers. Comprehensive immigration reform is the solution. President Obama supports reform. But only Congress has the power to pass legislation."

Did you write asking for they to discuss it or for it to remain in status-quo?

Same here.

I'm also planning on informing my laid-off uncle and his laid-off brother to do the same as well.

Thanks for the reminder.

My basic message was sent through NUMBERS USA and it simply stated that if CIR even came near to being an Amnesty, they would lose my vote.

Are you against immigration? Last time I checked, NumbersUSA is not only against illegal aliens but immigration in general. Since people on this forum seem to be happy with legal immigration I don't see why someone from here would send a mail in support of NumbersUSA.

NumbersUSA is against illegal immigration, but supports legal immigration. They also would like reduced legal legal immigration. I am a member as well.
