I can't believe you people are still bashing hard working immigrants and not tar/feathering the people who really sunk our country: the bankers.

Don't be so quick to think there are 260 job openings. This company has been playing the system for years and I'm sure they will still play the system. They will surely replace those workers with others who are illegal by timing the audits and or provide false IDs. Other companies are now doing this false ID business.

I do not see anything wrong with following this country's law.

And don't kid yourself, for legal and illegal immigrants, the main motivation to come here is for personal gain.
No, they are not following the laws of this country. Otherwise, they would become a citizen prior to giving birth. They wouldn’t come here on a tourist visa for the sole purpose of giving birth on U.S. soil, to avail themselves of benefits reserved for citizens. They are simply manipulating a law that has already been misinterpreted. They are con artists, and they are despicable.

Heaven help us if you are representative of the new foreigners choosing to become U.S. citizens. You don’t even pretend to care about or respect this country. It’s sickening.

No one is bashing hard working LEGAL immigrants. This is the illegal immigration forum, I suspect you can find threads dealing with corrupt bankers in the Politics or Business and Finance forums.

Please provide the law that say you must become a citizen before giving birth in the U.S.

They did not come for the sole purpose of giving birth, they did tourism too. They are acting within the confines of the law.

I have a believe system that dictates that all men are created equal, and that all individuals have the right to pursue happiness, to life, and to liberty. Not just the ones that happened to be born in the right geographical area. And I act as my belief system dictates. Also, I do not hold in high regard laws that oppose my belief system and act to the best of my ability to change them, and provide guidance to those who are affected by the law.

"We killed ourselves on the assembly lines for years, many of us have injuries from repetitive motion," said Bohemia Agustiano, 38, a mother of four from Huntington Park. "Now we're worth nothing. We're out on the streets. This is unjust, no one should be treated this way."

Man! I love a story with a happy ending. This put a smile on my face that will stay all day. Poor little criminal alien won't be at the Outlet Mall this weekend walking four-abreast and squacking jibberish loudly.

Look at the expression of the face on her little jackpot nino. He has so much unhappiness, so much hate for gringo. He is the victim. That is what his mom teaches him. He will grow up filled with disdain for America. Statistically, he will be 6 times as likely to commit multiple felonies and end up in prison.

Please spare me the righteous indignation. Anyone who condones lawlessness is certainly in no position to take the moral high ground. The impetus for visiting so late in the third trimester of pregnancy was not to “tour” this country; it was to give birth. Most doctors will discourage their patients from traveling abroad so close to their due date. It’s BS, and you know it. They are perpetrating scams, period.

Now, you are ASSumig, again, that they came in they third trimester. Maybe the gynecologist they flew in came in the third trimester. You can stay in the U.S. For almost a year in a tourist visa, visiting different areas, legally. What would be the point in putting a baby in risk by flying so late in the pregnancy.

Also lawful is not the same as moral, I follow what I think it's right, that is moral for me. Hiding behind a law to discriminate against people Is not moral.
