This can’t be true. I thought the majority wanted to roll out the red carpet to illegals by granting them citizenship.

Quote:
Eighty percent (80%) of U.S. voters oppose providing government health care coverage for illegal immigrants as part of the health care reform package that is working its way through Congress.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 11% disagree and think coverage for illegals is a good idea.

Roughly nine-out-of-10 conservatives oppose providing coverage for illegals, even in the context of a plan that provides quality health care for all Americans. Liberals are evenly divided over such coverage if it’s part of a universal plan.

Hmm, I wonder how LULAC, MALDEF and the NCLR would respond to that.

Illegals already have "universal taxpayer provided health insurance",and until that is stopped we will see increased taxes, with no real relief from the cost of services provided to illegals.

How does this correlate with granting them citizenship?

Btw, i agree with the 80 percent who oppose such a plan.

Yeah, but you're OK with an amnesty and if that happens there wouldn't be any illegals left to not get healthcare, would there?

It's that time of the year again. DREAMies will support anything as long as it doesn't interfere with what they deem is their God given right to amnesty. After all, after years of practice, they have successfully broken every law on the books in order to elude the justice system in their illegal pursuit to live, work and attend school in the US.

More importantly if we allow another amnesty to pass, DREAMIes will in turn reward their criminal parents with the gift that keeps on destroying America: chain migration.

I support the legalization of illegal aliens, but I do not support this bill incorporating them either.

But again don't support this bill in general. I have been in systems where the helthcqre is run by the government and people don't get really good service. It is really bad.I
