I see absolutely no reason why this should not be The Law Of The Land.

Also, No Insurance and/or No Proof of Insurance should be included in this seizure policy as well. Doing so would probably reduce the insurance premiums for all of the honest, law abiding citizens in this country.

Driving is a PRIVILEGE.

Just like citizenship, it's a PRIVILEGE NOT A RIGHT.

Suffice to say: it will claim many more casualties as the recession/depression deepens.

America for US citizens/green card holders-----------not illegal immigrant lawbreakers regardless of their race/ethnicity.

I agree with that law BUT why not apply it to ALL people driving without a license?

The article that the OP links to says:

The measure says that when a driver is an illegal alien or “may be reasonably suspected of being an illegal alien” police can impound the car.
