Perhaps someone should inform Raza Rivera that Hispanic/Latino is not a race.

Quote:
Rivera said he was touched by the loss of Canales but was concerned at the same time.

“We all deplore violent crime, but what has happened is that with these anecdotal tragedies, we have demonized an entire race of people in this country,” Rivera said. “Immigrant and nonimmigrant alike. Citizen and noncitizen alike.”

“We have created a slanderous condition and environment in our country, where the 46 million of us who have Latino roots now feel beleaguered, now feel besieged, now feel as if we are ‘the other,’ ” he said.

Perhapd someone should point out to Jerry Rivers that "WE" did not create this atmosphere, it was created entirely by the illegals themselves. (And of course, their defenders and enablers)

As someone else on this board so often suggests, Perhaps they should move if they don't like it here, because it sure as hell ain't gonna get any better...

His latest is that we should "entice" people of American culture to move into our communities, he fails to realize that they moved OUT for a reason.

Consider the source.

Anymore; as most of us know, 'Hispanic/Latino' are essentially code words for usually Mestizos who cling to a now archaic form of Spanish culture.

Such wonderful words from one of the greatest ethnocentricist of our times.

When the 2009/10 amnesty bill is defeated I hope that his reaction will be as hilarious as his reaction was to the defeat of the 2007 amnesty bill :

Actually, this is a good thing. The simpleminded miscreant gets so worked up after a while that his blood pressure is ready to start splaying out his ears. He should do interviews like this more often.
Sure am glad I was not the guy standing in that gun turret.

He faults extremist radio? What a maroon. How about we fault the last shamnesty and the flood of 12-20 million more wanting to get on the free social service bus.

The first amnesty in 1986, gave them someone to give them jobs, and it multiplied from there.
