Ya, that is cool, but the contractors that are still in business and doing jobs, are guaranteed to be using illegals, as low price seems to be everything right now.

Don't worry Dems. If it actually becomes evident that the downturn is spurring ILLEGAL Mexicans to leave the US, Maobama will once announce that that he wants to see an amnesty this year, in an attempt to pursuade the illegals to stay until he can get them amnestied. After all, these illegal mexican future Democratic voters, if amnestied, can't be future Democratic voters if they leave the US, now can they.

I'm a registered Democrat, but strongly opposed to higher taxes and illegal aliens. It's a disgrace what happened to this country under GWB and Company. I do applaud him for making an effort toward the immigration problem. I'm afraid Obama will open our wallet and our country and welcome all those criminals under the guise of amnesty.

Tom Campbell (Republican) may run for California Governor, and I not only would vote for him, but work on his campaign. At least he doesn't tiptoe around the illegal catastrophe and supports legislation to stop the "anchor baby" scam.

So you want the social programs/welfare, but you don't want to pay for them?
