Who also advocates for the death penalty for IA who have been caught several times, or at least, like it's a small punishment, life in prison with no chance of parole. Specially since he got caught at a traffic stop, and not commiting a crime.

Again, like any other site, ignore the radicals and focus on the people who are trying to have a civil debate. We probably could use a moderator who sanctions posters who spew out hate, and unreasonable stances.
Remember that illegal aliens are criminals and anybody who expouses amnesty for same is indeed a radical.

Needless to say: it would not hurt my feelings seeing illegal alien enablers (those folks who knowingly hire/shelter illegals) sitting in prison.

thats ridiculous, extreme and a waste of money!

seriously. the reactionism on the board continues to astound me.

capital punishment for serial re-entry?!

no, chipping them and deportation is fine. if they re enter they get stiffer, longer sentences. but execution for this is just outright silly.

think it through for a second.

seriously it thru.

Hernandez-Arellano is a danger to society IMHO.

No, you stop and think it through for a second. How are you going to go about chipping illegal aliens caught in the US with the likes of NCLR, MALDEF, Lulac and the ACLU around? They typically oppose anything that would impede the flow of illegal aliens into the US, they would be screaming and tearing their hair out over this.

OK, they want to come here and work. They work hard, right.

I see chain gang written all over this.

Caught the second time here illegally, you get to be on the highway department, rebuilding Americas roads for 2 years, with 3 hots and a cot, and then your placed on a boat and taken back to your country of origin.

Would that deter you from being here, or at least doing something totally stupid.

Do they have road stop check points randomly set up where you live, mainly to catch DWI/DUI?
They could fill buses here, if they actually started asking for and enforcing our immigration laws.

if we monitor other criminals with tracking devices why not these guys? the only difference is that the tracking device would be harder to "slip". its possible.

the alternative option of course would be a lengthy prison sentence.

i think the US would be within its right. what can those orgs do really? its a matter of nat'l security.

ultimately that option is better than the death penalty. but thats lost on you of course.

This illegal alien has committed at least 28 criminal violations just in the number of deportations and returns. I would not be surprised if further investigation would reveal many more while here. Prison time is appropriate.

And killing them would be much easier? I'm pretty sure the likes of NCLR, MALDEF, Lulac, and the ACLU would not be really happy about it, as well as every other American who is not a radical.

instead of vomitting such idiocy, lets look at ways to ensure that this doesnt happen again.
how can he go deported so many times and still come back? who dropped the ball so many times? is their no intra state database that tracks repeat offenders. what biometric information is catalogued on this guy?

these ultra repeat offenders can either go to jail or be chipped. their choice.
none of this is ever going to happen. All of this has been looked at, talked about, argued over ad infinitum, and nothing is going to happen with this problem. The poster wasnt serious about killing someone over this. I think he is just frustrated that nothing is ever done about it. Lighten up, folks.

Kindly show me where I said anything about killing them.
