The US had/has applied that policy to the Cambodian government so why not apply it to the Chinese government?

Judging from the fact that the U.S. owes China over $700 billion, and a big chunk of our company's manufacturing capability is in China I doubt that refusing to accept any legal Chinese would do good than harm.

We are talking a huge amount of $$$$$ in economic ties btwn the U.S. and China. Due to this, nothing will be done that invokes any negative overtone. IMO they should be sent back to the nation of last legal transit. If they flew into Mexico legally then that is where they should go back to. Then Mexico can decide whether it is worth it to grant visas to them. And I do believe we should halt any kind of visa issuance to Chinese nationals who aren't either sponsored by a corporation or government.

They should be sent to the Dakotas There are counties there which are becoming so de-populated that they offer all sorts of incentives for new people to move in.

Of course I'm sure this wouldn't fly......the ACLU woud quickly raise a 'howl' about sending people to the Dakotas, just as they did when folks were sent to Guantanamo Bay.

I wonder how long they would stay in the Dakotas if they where brazen enough to travel thousands of miles over ocean/deserts and a fortified border to come into this country. They would make a break for California or New York in a heartbeat. They are legally in Mexico so that is where they should be sent to. Let Mexico deal with them. If Mexico won't take em', it won't bode well for their aspirations to have their countrymen in the United States to attain amnesty.

That's a good idea.

But it can also be tied with trade and aid and repayment of debts.

This thread is about illegals whose home countries refuse to repatriate them, NOT about Mexicans. Mexico doesn't "refuse" to accept returning illegals....(in fact, these are beloved 'children' of Mexico). The Mexican government may rant and rave, whine and howl, rage and threaten, but it almost NEVER refuses entry to returning Mexicans.

A few countries, such as China, actually refuse entry to their own 'straying' citizens...(maybe because these folks insulted China by LEAVING without permission). It's THESE illegals we're talking about...the technically 'stateless'...not Mexicans. Mexicans are free to 'go home' any time they choose...and many do, repeatedly.

Parachutes. Load them up and airdrop them out. In the case of China who actually has very good border security we can divert to Mynmar(Burma) and drop them there. They should be ok
