I hear that alot.....yet when an attempt is made, You can bet that someone will step up and try to put a stop to it...
"PHOENIX — The nation's largest business group is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to quash Arizona's employer-sanctions law, at least in part to prevent the idea from spreading.
Legal papers filed in Washington urge the justices to rule it is illegal for Arizona to punish employers who are found guilty of knowingly hiring illegal immigrants. Attorney Carter Phillips, hired by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, contends that such sanctions are pre-empted by federal law"
Where in federal law, is this "pre-empted"?
What is the nations largest business group?
I found the largest womens business group. I found the largest black business group. I found the largest hispainic business group. I found the largest asian business group. I found the largest Native American business group and then I found the National Business Group.
If you have not noticed, the government is not involved in many decisions being made right now with our illegal alien problem. It is one person, that was not elected, but appointed, making biased choices to go against voted on legislature, and calling them the new laws. Seriously, Janet is an appointed person, making her own laws, saying they over rule what was voted on?????
You can scream till your blue in the face, but the reality is, no one even hears it, unless the media decides to give air time to the concerns.

My senators and "reps" certainly hear it from me. My problem is that they don't listen or care....So,while I may turn "blue in the face", I see no reason to give up.
BTW, the source for the article is the Arizona Daily Star...located in the Border Section.

Reason: provide source
Where there are employers getting by with this practice, you can bet you've got some dirty corrupt politicians being paid off. Follow the money, there's big money in ultra cheap labor.
