Well -- Americans built one. We didn't buld our wonderful nation by fleeing it and abandoning it. We addressed problems in the past by staying and working for change.

Look at the black Civil Rights movement. Yes, things were unfair but did they flee? Did they run? No, they took a stand and worked to change hearts, attitudes and the culture. They didn't run to another country and demand their rights, they stayed in their own country and worked for change.

When an illegal makes it over the border and insists he must be allowed to stay because things aren't perfect in his country, what does that say? Does that mean everyone from that country must do the same? The illegal obviously hit the jackpot and will have life on easy street but what of all the others left behind? Nothing improved, nothing changed.

It's really not that simple.
Only with a welfare system where women are basically paid to pop out kids.

Poor nations are often poor because all people do is have children they cannot feed and they start having the while very young instead of staying in school and learning skills.

If having many many children is so they'll be better off, then why are so many crossing the border insisting they must stay because they can't feed their many children they chose to have if they return home?

No - poor people don't get rich by having 12-15 kids each. That's why they're poor in the first place.

In Mexico if someone chooses to start reproducing at age 15 or 16 and never completed school, they don't have a lot of chance to be rich no matter how large they make their family. If they finish school, start working, marry and have a couple of children at around age 26 or 27, they will almost surely be middle class. Not only that, they won't be found hiking through an aird desert for 6 days, they will be middle class in their own country.

No, it is not their God given right to violate man's laws. "Render on to God what is God's but render onto to Caesar.......and obey the laws of the land."

God's laws also say "do not covet thy neighbor and thou shalt not steal."
Same queston to you, why not follow the rule of law, when those laws benifit Aliens?

I dont mourn that man...I salute him. Man made laws dont trump His Godgiven right to control his life. And to hell with Kings, Despots, and Governments.
Ask the American Indians how well that worked out. A lot of us are feeling like Indians now -- because when you don't have immigration laws, you are very open to take over.

And why do Mexicans have immigration laws for their own country? Immigration laws that are far more sensible than the ones we have.

It's rather two-faced for Mexicans to insist that they keep their own immigration laws for their own country but demand that the USA have no immigration laws at all.

Not necessarily.... In fact a large number of illegals originally intended to return home as soon as they could when they first packed their backpacks to come here. Many only meant for it to be a temporary situation but once they learn how plentiful the handouts are, that you can have everything for free, and the government even gives you money for having babies, well - that becomes the next goal and they give up wanting to return back home.
