I can back reform that includes:
1. Enforcing our laws
2. Securing our borders
3. Raising the standard for acceptable applicants
4. No more lotteries.

Blacks; probably not............as for White folks-----------most Mexican presidents were/are White.

Remember if the USA ever turned 'Hispanic' (not likely); us Anglos would still be a part of the elite and the 'brown' people here would fare worse than presently since White Hispanics would then be the undisputed majority.

I can back reform that eliminates the practice of illegal entry, employment, use of government handouts and that severely punishes the human traffickers and employers of illegals.

With much less illegal immigration, there could be more openings for legal immigrants depending on the economy and employment situation.

Family sponsorship is mostly a farce and it's extremely unfair because it makes it very difficult for a great immigration candidate to come here if they have no relatives but extremely easy for anyone who happens to have some relative to come in even with few qualifications.

I forgot an important one.
NO amnesty
I also think that large mandatory fines for employers and enablers should be part of any reform.

Most of us simply feel that rewarding criminal behavior only re-enforces the act.

Now that you mention it.........why don't any of them want to live in Mexico? I think they are far more afraid of living with alot of brown people than we are. Look at the way they dig in their heels and have to be dragged, kicking and screaming, back to their own country.
