A man who left his two young children unsupervised in a home near Redwood City while he went out to drink beer may never see his kids again, his former attorney said.

Abidan Vasquez, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala, is facing deportation proceedings set in motion by his arrest in March for child endangerment, authorities said. Because of those proceedings, Vasquez, 22, won't be able to complete a yearlong class that the court said he must take before he can try to get his children back, said Lisa Maguire, his court-appointed attorney.

Good riddance, turd-world scumbag!

I suppose that'll mean no more chances for him to start cranking out anchor babies and joyfully causing more mayhem.

He's lucky. He may never see them again, let's hope so, but leaving two babies home alone to fend for themselves could easily have turned out deadly and he wouldn't be able to see them then either.

It would guess he's more interested in the food stamps and welfare checks they bring in and using them as a way to demand easy citizenship than he cared about them. He couldn't even keep the house fit for them.

normally i am in favor of family reunification, as opposed to foster care. but this guy is too young and irresoponsible to keep his children.

its sad, but i would rather these children not suffer any further. let someone with a loving heart and home care for them.

as for their mother, what an awful woman. he should have known after the first baby what type of trash he was dealing with. astounding.

too bad, but i dont think the kids would be good with this guy.

Nine kids from different fathers. I hope she changes the mattress strapped to her back once in a while.

Listen, we have enough of this trash home grown, the last thing we need is to import it.

I don't think he can afford it," Maquire said.

But this trash heap could afford to go out drinking? Yep, facts.
