Public Defender Howard Finklestein said today his office has identified at least 15 open cases, and staffers are also reviewing some that were closed recently. Details of the cases are not immediately available, he said.
"Basically, if there are any cases involving Deputy Jonathan Bleiweiss, chances are those cases are going to fall apart," said Finklestein. "I don't think the deputy will be cooperating with the State Attorney's Office, the same people who are prosecuting him."
This is just classic.
He's gay, he's an officer, he used his position to get sex.

Try what again? I am completely against police handling what ICE should be for this reason. Unless you want criminals taking advantage of people like this. Unless you think someone living here without documents is so heinous, that they shouldn't be able to report murderers, rapists, and child molesters that could go on and harm Americans too(if illegal immigrants aren't human enough for you).

Bottom line:
Illegals are criminals as well and since about 1/3rd of those losers have left since 2007 our over crime rate has dipped dramatically.
Again: use any (legal) tool in the book to run them out of here up to and including 'profiling' (if done politely).
