All those Illegals in the ER are just props left over from some move. They aren't real.

The figures seem to be fairly realistic. How much does it costs to higher special teachers to facilitate the illegals? Figure at least 60g a year with benefits. Times that by however many PA has had to hire.
Add to the mix illegals using emergency rooms and not paying the bill.
Add to this the cost of each illegal in prison. I can easily see that the $ add up in a hurry.

That's PA...imagine CA or TX.
