It makes sense to me. I mean, how many spots are there in a program? We all know that getting into a college can be dependent on how many spots are left either for enrollment, for a particular program or for a class. I imagine that if illegal immigrants can attend universities and colleges in the U.S. that people who are trying to get into classes will often be denied because someone who is here illegally got in before them.

Makes sense to do the RIGHT THING and not allow illegal immigrants into U.S. higher education because the legal residents should get in first.

Unemployment rates by job:

Unemployment Rate by Job - WSJ.com

Unemployment is below 3% for some jobs -- but obviously all those jobs that illegals are doing for much lower rates have high unemployment.

The fact is - illegals are preferred over Americans because they'll work for much less, are far more submissive, will work for no benefits because they don't mind being on the government dole even if working.
