That is why we need e-verify mandated across the board. The employers would have to fire anyone on their payroll not legally in this country and not be able to hire any future illegal aleins. If they knowingly hired them they should be fined, imprisoned and even lose their business licenses. This would cause most illegal aliens to self deport without any jobs to stay for but we also need to take away any other incentives for remaining here or continuing to come here such as birthright citizenship, welfare benefits, education and healthcare.

Don't forget the millions of unemployed illegals who refuse to self deport because our inept and inexperienced hispandering POTUS Obama keeps promising CIR, or amnesty as it's better known, giving millions of illegal future Democratic voters if amnestied hope to just hang on for awhile longer.

Obama knows that amnesty before 2012, especially with such high unemployment, is political suicide. If amnesty is going to happen, look for it to happen between 2012-2016 if Obama wins another term in office.

What was jorge thinking? The demographic of a poor, uneducated, can't speak much English, 3rd world illegal alien fits that of a Democrat not a Republican. So we know that the hispandering Democratic politicians are trying to subvert the American voting process by granting amnesty to these up to 20 million illegal alien future Democratic voters if amnestied to create a permanent majority for the Democrats. Whether Obama and the other hispandering Democratic politicians are successful remains to be seen. The point is that millions of illegals here have been promised amnesty by the hispandering Obama and are not self deporting back to Mexico. There is a certain percentage of illegal aliens that have left this country due to the economic downturn, raids, etc. but you are correct the majority of them are still here. I would be really surprised if any amnesty ever gets passed as these politicians know the ramifications of that from the majority of Americans and that is they will be voted out of office including Obama.
