La Raza, MALDEF, LULAC, ACLU, SPLC, et al., will attack this with a vengeance.

PHOENIX, Arizona, Oct 28 (IPS) - Arizona could become the first state in the U.S. to criminalise the very presence of undocumented immigrants.

Local politicians renewed a push to pass legislation that would make it a misdemeanor to trespass on state lands, allowing local police to arrest anyone illegally in the country.

"This is a corrective action taken because Washington refuses to correct our borders," said J.D Hayworth, a former congressional representative and conservative talk show host who supports the measure.

The new initiative also got the support of the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association (PLEA), which represents over 2,000 police officers in the state.

Bring it on!

SPLC, etc. seem to forget that many former Californians moved to Arizona in part courtesy of the la raza loser crap in the first state----------and, quite frankly; we are now making a stand as Americans in defence of our Anglo-Saxon based culture.

Its common knowledge that about 95% of all americans want the illegals deported or identified and given heavy fines with an ID system to stop the fake Ids. Our so called leaders think they can ignore this but they better do something quick or the people with deal with it in their own way...

They do not refer to Sheriff Arapaio as the "toughest sheriff in the U.S." for no reason. Hopefully, after they're arrested, they will be forced to wear pink jumpsuits at tent city.

Screw the ACLU and all those other organizations. It's about time this occurs. If we can't deter the illegals with brute force, just arrest them like any other common criminal. After all... thats what they are.

Big laws fines and seized assets of those working the illegals, by providing them work, should be priority one.
Take care of that, and all else fixes itself.
