Its easy to understand why ilegals, as well as legal imigrants do not melt into society, they come to this country , go toward there own comunitys and tend to stay there, thus speaking there native language, customs, etc and thus tend to vote as the herd does , there should be a law that the [legals] children have to learn english to break this cycle, also [LEGAL IMIGRANTS] coming into this country should have to SPEAK ENGLISH as a qualification in order to enter this country, if not again the american people have to carry yet another load , to try to transform them into a english speaking citizen, and if they are absorbed into there own cultural comunity then they have no interest in learning about there new country.
