All I can do is shake my head in disbelief.

I thought the second illegal entry was a felony.

It is. However, I guess it would be racist to enforce that mean-spirited law. It’s better to let him continue to live here in violation of our laws, than it is to discriminate against those seeking a better life. Is this insane, or what?

ROFL! Clearly we have a great legal mind at work here.

Fishy indeed. Each day it becomes more apparent that our laws simply are not being enforced. . . by design.

What we have are two sets of laws, one for Americans and a very low bar set for Illegals.

If they won't prosecute an illegal for breaking the law 10 times, nor for murder.......

I'm not defending the guy that entered illegally 10 times. They should not have given him any probation.

However the second guy, if he gets deported, it does not mean that he will not be doing time. It could mean that he will be turned over to corrections in MX. I have read articles where the government is trying to send illegal immigrants to serve their sentences in MX, if that is where they are from. If that is the case, it is good news, we would not be supporting one more criminal with our tax dollars.
