Yet another lawsuit filed by the arrogant illegals and their shyster lawyers. It takes a hell of a lot of nerve to live in a country illegally, and have the audacity to sue because a state is enforcing immigration laws. Next, they’ll sue employers for using E-Verify.

Quote:
A Latino group is asking a judge to prevent state officials from canceling the registrations of more than 40,000 vehicles apparently driven by undocumented immigrants. The League of United Latin American Citizens filed the lawsuit against state officials in Franklin County Common Pleas Court this morning.

Joseph Mas, who represents Latino business owners supporting the legal action, declared that the BMV move was illegally targeted at immigrants. "This is an unconstitutional attempt to enforce immigration laws at the state level," he said.

Undocumented immigrants face the loss of their cars and jobs without the ability to drive, the lawyers said. They said families, many with American-born children who are U.S. citizens, could be forced to relocate or separate.

The suit filed today names Gov. Ted Strickland, Public Safety Director Cathy Collins-Taylor and Carolyn Williams, acting BMV registrar, as defendants.

The law has a bad habit of seperating criminals from their families. Legals who hook up with illegals have only their own poor judgment to blame.
There is not 1 single illegal who has a right to be here, a right to complain about our laws. The fact that LULAC is trying to make an issue about this speaks volumes about who and what they are.

Yo. Its not about the illegals. Its about something the illegals want to avoid and that is ACCOUNTABILITY . THE GENERAL PUBLIC NEEDS PROTECTION FROM PEOPLE DRIVING INVALID CARS. This is needed so the owners can be held accountable. If they find a car used to rob a taco stand and then find out the ID of the so called owner is fake they cant trace the car back and arrest the "owner" We need to see some IDs here amigos..some real IDs lol If someone with a "pretend ID" does a crime in a "pretend registered " car how in the world will the cops deal with them? Are the cops also suppose to "pretend" to arrest them. We need to see the friggin IDs folks.

I don't see how a person can sue to do something that's illegal---aid and abet illegal aliens.

One of LULAC's points is illegal aliens may face the loss of their jobs, which they aren't supposed to have anyway?

How can an attempt to enforce immigration laws be unconstitutional?

IT makes one wonder if the lawyers who take on these cases, and the judges who let them proceed, ever attended law school. Maybe it was English class they missed. I have no probelem understanding the meaning of "illegal."

Frankly: those ridiculous lawsuits are more and more indications that illegal aliens as a group have their collective backs against the wall of growing hostility against them. They are lashing out in pure desperation.

I wonder how long it would take for the sparks to fly and racist allegations to start if the headline read:"The League of United American Citizens filed suit today to cancel all registrations.........etc" ????

Another arrogant group that represents one specific group based on ethnicity, and nothing else....

Useless Bastards.....
