Happy Thankgiving to you all and to all the hard working folks who work in agriculture and food processing that supply so many with food for tomorrow.

Chances are, an item of food on everyone's table tomorrow has as one point passed through an illegals hands, and for that I thank them. Even the hardest anti can at the minimum pause and realize that.

BL, you just posted this a few hours ago. Many don't live in this forum so please dint assume we don't want to wish everyone the best.

Happy Thanks Giving to all!

I would also like us to reflect on the celebration and thank Native Americans. If it was not for them, most of us would not be here.

Mach, I agree. Who knew that some of our foods served on many American dinner tables would be harvested by illegal immigrants. A blessing from their hard work and God.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of the human beings who are currently within the borders of the United States of America. Whether you were born in the United States of America, or are a naturalized citizen, or a legal resident alien, or an undocumented immigrant, or on a visitors visa, or a student visa: MAY THE CREATOR BLESS YOU ALL & MAY YOU ENJOY THIS SPECIAL DAY.

And for our Spanish speaking brothers and sisters: FELIZ DIA DE ACCION DE GRACIAS.*

* Moderator: I know the TOS states that all posts are to be in English. But in keeping with the spirit of the day I would like to include all inhabitants of the country, some which only speak Spanish. Note: I use the posts on the illegal immigration forum to teach a Spanish class to immigrants in Newark NJ. Once a week we take a thread and translate it into English. Thank you to City-Data and to all the posters here for indirectly helping people learn the beautiful language of English. We will translate this thread next Monday.
