Budget problems highlight flaws in Utah's in-state tuition program for illegal aliens

I shudder to think what CA tax payers shell out.

If this ever happens in Ohio, I'm suing. I tried to get instate tuition there after attending the state university for two years straight, they told me I had to work there straight for a year. Add onto that the fact that I actually worked for the university for those two years while in school. If an illegal immigrant ever steps foot in Ohio and is so blessed to attend the Ohio State University while receiving federal or state funding, I'll be sure to sue. I transferred home and didn't get to stay at the school I wanted to graduate from, so that would be violation if an illegal immigrant was given the chance and path to attend school there and graduate.
