ARMERS BRANCH, Texas (AP) - A federal judge Monday blocked enforcement of a voter-endorsed ordinance preventing apartment rentals to most illegal immigrants in this Dallas suburb, opponents of the ban said.

The whole article is here.

So, the illegal immigrant sympathizers shopped it around until they found the right judge.

This is temporary, until there is a more formal hearing, from what I understand. However, it's ridiculous that ONE MAN can block an entire city from trying to enforce federal law. This country is being eaten away from the inside and we have to do something about it.

In the meantime, France says NO (yes, THAT France) to mass legalization of illegal immigrants.

What is wrong with this picture when a limp-wristed country like France can stand up to illegal immigration and the US buckles under? One word - GREED. Don't get me wrong, I think capitalism is a good thing, but I think it has gone rampant and unchecked in this country when the citizens have to subsidize cheap labor for the corporations with OUR taxes.

And make no mistake about it, that's exactly what we are doing. The corporations are lobbying for cheap labor and we the citizens are left footing the bill for social services for these illegal aliens.

There's always at least one illegal symp out there ready to sell out their country in defense of the cause, isn't there?
