In other words, foreigners have a “fundamental human right” to enter our country. This is a despicable attempt to garner support for amnesty and open borders.

Quote:
Award winning filmmaker, John Carlos Frey's latest documentary film, "The 800 Mile Wall," will begin a nationwide tour in February 2010 to raise awareness about the current human rights crisis caused by U.S. Border policy. The 800 Mile Wall, highlights the construction of border walls along the U.S.-Mexico border and takes an unflinching look at the failed U.S. border enforcement strategy that many believe has caused the death of thousands of migrants and violates fundamental human rights.

The national tour of The 800 Mile Wall will initially cover 25 cities with more to be added. The film's tour is supported by the ACLU, American Friends Service Committee, The National Immigration Forum, Reform Immigration for America, CHIRLA, Humane Borders and No More Deaths among others.

And of course by protecting our borders it is America's fault that some people are so stupid as to cross a burning desert and then die trying to enter our country illegally. That kind of logic kind of blows the mind, doesn't it?

It’s as ridiculous as blaming bank security for the death of a bank robber. This film exemplifies the extreme desperation of amnesty and open borders supporters. They realize they’re fighting a losing battle.

Yet they manage 2-5 GRAND each to get smuggled in. I wish I had a spare 5 grand about now.

I have no sympathy for lawbreakers dying by their own actions: whether by crossing a hot desert, cold tundra, or swimming across a body of water to illegally go somewhere.

<<border enforcement strategy that many believe has caused the death of thousands of migrants and violates fundamental human rights.>>

Of course it's not the fault of those who chose to cross the border illegally. Their logic, or lack thereof, boggles the mind.

How bad can it be for people to have 2-5 grand saved up? That doesn't sound like poverty to me. Especially when that's equivalent to how much in the Mexican exchange? 25 grand? What's the going rate?

Thank you. If they have no money and are starving, how do they afford the coyote fees? No, they come here for higher pay, and to leech off of taxpayers.

Their basic human right is to stay in their country of origin.
