True; unless their “decisions” can be bought.

You are correct and if memory serves me right many if not most of these SCJ's tend to lean towards the liberal side also.

The absurd interpretation of the 14th amendment would be moot if no illegal alien anchors were allowed to be born in the US.
The fact that the American sheeple have allowed amnesty democrats to block the immediate deportation of pregnant illegal alien women, which would prevent 18 years of welfare for the American taxpayers for the anchor baby, is an indictment on the stupidity and gullability of the American sheeple. Those pregnant illegal alien women who break into the US just as they are having labor pains could be immediately put on a neo natal ambulance and rushed to the nearest Mexican embassy to have said non anchor baby on embassy grounds.

18 years of welfare? No - the first baby gets them 18 years, the second baby extends that and gets them more handouts, same goes for the third, fourth and fifth and so on baby.

And once that first baby reaches age 18, he/she can sponsor the parent as an immigrant and then it's SSDI oand more welfare until social security. It only takes 18 months of some kind of job which can be providing babysitting to the grandchildren if social security is paid for those 18 months.

It's completely ridiculous that welfare handouts are given as a reward for being here illegally.

I would rather change the amendment and deal with 300,000 than leave it and welcome millions.

I think its ridiculous we have to deal with illegals at all. The government is ridiculous all together. They stopped caring about us long ago and started worrying bout other countries and how to make them like us more. To hell with their own country as long as the government looks good . Self centered jerks.

How true. They rarely have only one child, so the benefits continue for years. Moreover, dependency on welfare and other government handouts tends to be generational. It creates an entitlement mentality.
