It sounds like 'we the people' are fixing it...we're giving him the boot!!

I do feel bad for his wife....we should send her with him.

Our laws don't need to be fixed, they only need to be enforced.
And they are not, on purpose, that's the difference here.

I agree that they are not being enforced. But, that shouldn't absolve him of the crimes of ID theft and fraud.

Seems this woman thinks reform might absolve him and they are limbo.

To the OP-you can go to Mexico with him.

Too bad. Too sad.

Bye bye.

The sad truth is, CIR ASAP would indeed absolve him of fraud, ID theft, tax evasion, and any other criminal behavior other than violent crimes. It also absolves the criminal employers. How is that fair to the citizens of this country?

The real sad thing here imo, is that our country allowed this to happen and will not take accountability for it or do anything to reconcile it, leaving heaps of people in limbo.
Smart people don't marry illegals or felons.

Our country did not allow this to happen; this lady married him all by herself, then she had kids with him, knowing his status. She is accountable to her family and if he is deported then she and the children can go home with him. Why must our country do anything to fix this?
Why is it that these people can only love on US soil?

Because they have been saying they will fix it.
That's where the love began.

I always question the motives of illegals marrying citizens. Admittedly, I have no info on this couple, but it is possible that love was not a factor for this man.

In any case, this woman gets no sympathy from me. She made her bed. . .

I posted it, because Iím sick of these biased sob stories. So yes, I guess I am mocking her.
What we're mocking is her overweening sense of entitlement - that the law should somehow NOT apply to HER and HER family.
