Aww...c'mon now Mach....if you look at this reasonably without the emotional smokescreen, the facts speak for themselves.

He committed ID theft. He stole someone else's Social Security number. That is not a "victimless" crime. If you were to ask the person who had their identity breached if they felt he should be absolved simply because he married an American citizen, had children, and is a model student--I feel certain that they wouldn't be nearly as forgiving as you are.

Our country did not "allow" this to happen. Our country is not accountable for this man's inability to work within the laws of our country rather than breaking them.

Geezus, what ever happened to personal responsibility and accountability? His situation is his OWN fault. He came here illegally, stole someone's identity to work, and now, simply because his wife whines in the media, he should be exonerated?

Absolutely not.
