ok i went back and read it all.

"The Minutemen vow to keep fighting no matter how many lawsuits La Raza activists file against them"

this article has all the incendiary catch phrases. minutemen. la raza. illegal. mockery. and my favorite... MALARKEY!!!!

this isnt clogging the states court system. why the exageration? i was hoping for an article about the increase in applications for residence and citizenship among immigrants.
(walks away shaking head)

The trial begins on Thursday. It is worth pointing out, the attorney for the plaintiffs admitted that all his clients were living in Mexico and may not be able to enter the country legally to attend the trial, according to Schwilk.
As the clients bringing the suit cannot LEGALLY be present at the court - it should be summarily dismissed.

Case Closed

If you havent figured it out yet, Illegals are not filing lawsuits, it the activists that are...The activists know that if the File lawsuits against the Minutemen, then they can tie the minutemen and their money up in court time and cost.

Its a tactic applied by the Southren Poverty Law center. The SPLC filed and won large awards against White supremacists groups.

Thats why the Minuteman try so hard to distance themselves from groups like the KKK and the Neo-Nazis.

i would like a real article that discusses the types of cases and number of cases going thru the court systems. till then, this is garbage.

Interesting tactic: maybe it is time to use it against groups like MEChA, etc.
